Martial arts focuses on enhancing the quality of your life through personal development, not only physically but also mentally. Becoming mentally fit can result in you becoming physically fit and a great example of this result has been recently proven! Read on to see what Mr Stockwell-Smith has to say about his own personal journey whilst only training at Martial Art World for less than 3 months!


I joined Martial Art World in May 2018 to get fit and lose some weight, the usual. In just two months of my journey, whilst still being in its infancy the differences have been substantial. I have been invited to the leadership programme and now undertaking the dual art programme however, the biggest success is that I have reduced my body weight from 15st 12lbs down to 14st 4lbs.

Thanks to the positive mental attitude, that I have gleaned from the exceptional instructors and staff at Martial Art World from day one.
